If you have already started operating your cleaning service business, congratulations! You have overcome the hurdles and challenges of starting this particular business. You might already have your regular customers and you are now contemplating in expanding your business. In this business, there are three different types of customers that you will encounter: steady or regular, walk-ins, and tourists. The steady are loyal customers and they are usually called “regulars”. Walk-ins are those customers that you had rendered service once or maybe twice and don’t come very often. The tourists, also known as “out-of-towners”, would hire you for only the time they are staying near your area. Now as owner of the business, you must always scout for new customers without neglecting your regulars and at the same time your objective must be to convert your walk-ins to regular customers.
